A Subsidy Health and Safety Monitoring Inspection took place on 04/18/2024 between the hours of approximately 9:55 a.m. and 11:15 p.m. There were 5 classrooms observed with a total of 38 children with 6 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play, singing songs, playing on the playground and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. 4 children's and 2 staff records were reviewed. There were 4 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
