Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on May 11, 2021, 2021, in the areas of supervision & care of children. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on May 25, 2021 and findings were reviewed on June 2, 2021.
As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?
