A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 21, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:40 am through 1:30 pm. Upon arrival, there were 155 children ranging in ages from 5 months through 11 with 19 staff supervising. Five children records and five staff records were reviewed and updated.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
