8VAC20-780-550-I A 911 or local dial number for police, fire and emergency medical services and the number of the regional poison control center shall be posted in a visible place at each telephone.
8VAC20-780-40-M The list of children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions shall be dated and kept confidential in each room or area where children are present.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/14/22 and concluded on 12/14/22. There were 76 children present, ranging in ages from infant to five, with 17 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
