A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/23/19 from 4:00 pm-4:55 pm. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 40 school aged children in care with 2 staff members. Children were observed participating in recreational activities and free play, transitioning between activities, and departure. A sample of 5 children's records were reviewed on 9/23/19. Three off site staff records were reviewed on 9/26/19. Medications and injury reports were also reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
