Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted on 3/27/24. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 17 school aged children in care with 4 staff members. Children were observed interacting with staff, free play, and departure. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Medications were also reviewed. Site Director reported that there have been no injuries. Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the director in an exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection.
Based on record review it was determined the center did not ensure that a search of the central registry was completed for each employee. Evidence: 1. The record for staff #2 did not contain the results of the central registry search.
