An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 20, 2019 with the center director and center staff to determine compliance with licensing standards. There were 146 school age children present with 9 staff actively supervising. The children were arriving from school on center buses, playing outdoors, and eating afternoon snack. Snack served today: Sun Chips and apples. The last health inspection was conducted 10/8/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 9/27/2019. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place drill was conducted 6/5/2019. Twelve medications for seven children were reviewed and are in compliance. Eleven children's files were reviewed and are in compliance.
