The licensing inspector conducted a complaint investigation in response to a complaint that was received on November 30, 2023. The area of standards reviewed were staffing & supervision and programs. The inspection was initiated on 12/5/2023 and completed on 1/11/2024. Interviews with staff and collateral witnesses were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
