An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 4:15 p.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. There were 22 children in care ranging in age from 5 years to 11 years of age with two staff. The program was in the gym this afternoon due to holiday performance space. Children had their choice of free play with balls, basketball and centers that included legos and puzzles. Children were observed having snack. Snack this afternoon was mixed fruit, graham crackers and water. After snack, children had indoor gym time due to the weather outside.
Five children's records and two staff records were reviewed. One medication and authorizations were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date.
