This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/20/20 and concluded on 7/22/20. The site director director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 5 children and 5 staff present.
The inspector emailed the site director/ executive director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children's record and 2 staff files submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards and law. No violations were issued.
