An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:30 - 11:00 am with the supervisors. There were three children, ranging from fourteen years to sixteen years of age, supervised by two staff. Children were observed eating snack, washing hands and playing with educational materials. Snack served today was carrot sticks with cream cheese and grape juice. Three children's files were observed and in compliance. Two staff files were reviewed and in compliance. Required information was posted. There were no medications to review, though both staff have current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. The last emergency evacuation drill was conducted: 10/25/19, the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted: 9/11/19 and the last lock down drill was conducted: 11/4/19.
