Comments: A complaint was received in the licensing office on 1/10/2022 regarding neglectful care. On 2/15/2022 an off-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted with management and staff. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
