A complaint was received in the licensing office on 10/20/2022 regarding staff qualifications. On 10/20/2022 an investigation was initiated. An on-site investigation was conducted on 10/24/2022 and 10/26/2022. Interviews were conducted, observations were made, records and center policies were reviewed. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
