An onsite code compliance inspection was conducted October 25, 2023. The inspection was initiated at approximately 12:15 PM and concluded at approximately 1:40 PM. There were seven children present, ranging from nine months to four years of age, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
