Discussed the center's procedures transitioning in to nap time and bathroom time and different options that are given to children for food.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted in regards to self report on September 12, 2023 from 3:45 pm- 4:38 pm. Interviews,observation and records were reviewed. The self report was in regards nutrition, staffing and supervision and programs. Children were observed in the classroom participating in table activities. No violations were cited.
