An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 3/9/2020 from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, in response to a complaint that was received by the Fairfax licensing office on 3/3/2020, regarding behavioral guidance and programs. Based upon interviews, records reviewed and observations made, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation. The complaint is determined to be not valid; however, there are non-related violations identified on the Violation Notice. The exit interview was conducted with the District Leader on 4/29/20.
