An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on March 21, 2024 in response to a self-reported incident that was received on March 6, 2024 in reference to a child injury. Documentation was gathered, records were reviewed, and interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regard to the self-report.
No Violations were cited.
