An unannounced Code compliance inspection was conducted today, 11/7/19. Upon arrival to the center the children were involved in center play. The children transitioned to circle time and then had snack. Following snack the children returned to their classrooms. A review of staff and children's records was also conducted during today's inspection. There are 28 children in care ranging in age from 3-5 years with four staff. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your inspector. Inspection began: 9:10 am ended 11:00 am.
Based on review of written information provided to the parents the center failed to include all information required. Evidence: 1. Information about the enrollment capacity and health requirements for staff was not included in the written information provided to the parents.

The director will include this information in the parent handbook.
