An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 10/08/2019, in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 09/24/2019, regarding preventing the spread of disease. Based upon staff interviews, records reviewed, documentation of illness policies and procedures, and observations made, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation.
