Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:20am-10:45am. There were 32 children (infants-4yrs.) directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, circle time, reading books and napping. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice. Based on record review, the center did not obtain a Tuberculosis (TB) screening or test at least every two years from the date of the last screening /test.
