This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and an in-person tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 09/24/2021 and concluded on 09/24/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of ratios and physical plant.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
