A complaint was received in the department on 08/18/19 regarding hazardous substances and staff/child ratios. A complaint investigation was initiated and completed on 08/28/19, in which the licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection. Interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed.
