An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted 9/11/2019 from 9:20 to 11:40 AM. There are 15 children present with two staff supervising the children. A third staff member was also present whom prepared meals and provided classroom support as needed. An administrative staff member (FDS) was also present during a portion of the inspection.
The children were served breakfast. The LI observed the children during the opening morning circle activity and music (dance time). Staff was also observed reading to the children. Other observed activities included: brushing teeth, self-selected center activities, hand washing, the lunch meal.
A sample of 5 children's records was reviewed. The first aid kit was observed in the center. No medication was observed. .
