A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/03/2019 from 1:40 P.M. to 3:45 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were four children (ten points) with two caregivers. Children were observed during naptime, waking up from naptime, infant interactions, and preparation for snack time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
