A monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 78 children and 19 staff present during the inspection. Observation of the infant classroom was conducted. Documentation for Safety Training was provided. A review of 7 children records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and staff interviews, the center fail to post document Notice of Intent per requirement. Evidence: Upon arrival and staff interview, the Notice of Intent letter for May 8, 2023, was not posted at each public entrance of the licensed premises.
Plan of Correction:
We posted by the front door entrance.
