Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 87 children and 17 staff present during the inspection. Observation of the infant classroom was conducted. Documentation for daily health screening. A review of 2 children records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center did not ensure cosmetics, medications, or other harmful agents shall not be stored in areas, purses or pockets that are accessible to children. Evidence: 1. In the Infant classroom, a purse was on a table in the classroom.

Reviewed bottle policy with families and staff. Staff will double check bottles upon arrival

Description:
Based on observation, the center did not ensure prepared infant formula shall be refrigerated, dated and labeled with the child's name. Evidence: 1. Child #1 bottle was not dated for today during the inspection.
Plan of Correction:
Staff will place purse/personal belongings in a locked cabinet as soon as they enter a classroom
