The licensing inspector discussed the office of background investigation with the provider.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 25, 2024, from 1:20pm-2:20pm. At the time of entrance, 12 children were in care with 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 2 caregiver's records. Children were observed napping and reading. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review, out of state background searches were not complete for a household member who has lived outside of Virginia in the last five years.
