An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 04/15/2024 with an on site inspection which lasted from 3:45 pm - 5:25 pm. The inspection was completed on 04/26/2024 with a review of staff records at the Greenbrier North Family YMCA.
At the time of entrance there were 31 school age children in care with 3 staff supervising on 04/15/2024. The inspector reviewed afternoon activities in the cafeteria and gym. Records were reviewed for 5 children and 2 staff.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with application standards or law. No violations were issued.
