A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/7/2019 and 11/8/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 51 school aged children in care with 3 staff members. Children were observed participating in homework, transitioning between activities, and departure. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Medications and injury reports were also reviewed. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations cited during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
