An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 5 children (15 points) with 2 caregivers present. Indoor area, outdoor areas, 2 child, 2 caregiver and 1 household records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for missing items. Emergency policies, supplies and drills were all inspected and in compliance. Violations discussed: expired TB and CPS search results, child record component. and missing CO2 monitor. The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the provider.
Based on a review of records, caregiver and household records do not contain documentation of repeated central registry searches (CPS) in the allowable 5 year time frame. Evidence: 3 of 3 records reviewed contained documentation of CPS searches dated 10/11/2016 (expired)(caregivers A and B, household member c).
Plan of Correction:
I will send out the CPS searches as soon as possible.

Base on record review, caregiver records did not contain documentation of subsequent tuberculous screening within the allowable 2 year timeframe. Evidence: 3 caregiver and household records reviewed had tuberculosis results dated 2/17/2020 (expired)(caregivers A and B, household C).
