This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on December 1, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 8 months to 2 years, with 3 staff supervising for a total of 21 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of one child record and one staff record was reviewed. The Inspector was also able to observe a child departing from the program and how the sleeping area is set up. The Provider is MAT, First Aid/CPR certified and has conducted monthly emergency drills.
