An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 5 children present with the provider and an assistant for a total of 19 points. The Inspector reviewed 3 children's files, the caregiver's records, and household member's records. The home, physical plant, and the materials were also checked. Diapering and hand washing was also observed. The Provider and the assistant have completed annual training hours and the Provider's MAT and CPR/First Aid were current. There were no children enrolled currently that required medication and emergency procedures were current as well. Please call with questions 703 479-4679
