This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on May 8th, 2020 and concluded on May 8th, 2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 9 children present with 5 staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulation that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gather during the inspection determined no violation with applicable subsidy standards. No violations were issued.
