An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing monitoring inspection. The inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:45 AM and ending at 11:10 AM. There were thirty four children in the care of eight staff members. The children's ages ranged from 3 months through ten years old. The infants were observed in exersaucers. The older children were observed playing with toys and watching an age appropriate holiday movie. Five children's records were reviewed. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The outside recreation area was not inspected due to weather conditions. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/19/19. The most recent fire inspection was dated 12/21/18. The most recent health inspection was dated 8/20/19.
