An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today, September 24, 2019, beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at 11:30 AM. There were 30 children in care today with 4 staff providing care and supervision, and 2 other professional staff. There was one medication at the center and that medication was reviewed by the LI. The playground area and all rooms that are used for care were inspected, as were five children's records and all staff records. All staff records were reviewed at another location on August 26, 2019. The inspector looked at first aid and emergency supplies, drill documentation, posting requirements, and health and fire inspection documentation. The children were observed departing for a field trip, arriving back at the center, engaging in music and dance, outside time and free play. There were discussions about the health inspection and policies for immunizations. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
