An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:15pm-1:30pm. There were 28 school age children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed reading books, playing games and cleaning up to go outside. The transition to go outside was orderly and organized. Children were called by name, turned in passports and the staff communicated via walkie talkie to communicate. On the playground children were playing ball on the black top, swinging, and playing on the play structure.
There was a supply of materials for the children.
