An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 09/07/2021 regarding allegations of staffing and supervision. The inspection was initiated on 09/10/2021 and completed on 09/15/2021. On 09/10/2021, the inspector was on site from 7:53 am to 8:15 am. Observations were made in the center. Documentation was reviewed remotely and telephone interviews were conducted.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
