A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/30/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 11:00 and ended at 1:00. There were 4 children in care with one caregiver. The children were observed playing, washing hands, eating lunch and during rest time. Two provider records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
