A mandated, renewal inspection was initiated on 04/08/2020 and concluded on 04/09/2020. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. No children are in care as the home is temporarily closed. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection; two children's records and two provider records were reviewed to ensure documentation was complete.
