A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 11 staff with 74 children in at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing with toys, being held/fed bottles, taking a nap, building with legos and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
