An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today between the hours of 7:00 am through 8:45 am. There were 2 children (1 point) with the provider. A sample of 4 children's files and 3 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: breakfast, cookie cutting and decorating, handwashing. The provider was observed supervising the children, serving breakfast and guiding them in the cookie cutting process. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site. There were no violations cited this date.
