An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 3/17/2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:00 am-10:20 am. This inspection was focused on main area(s) of previous non compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, special care provisions and emergencies and background checks. Interviews were conducted, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. A total of seven (7) staff records and five (5) child records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
