Comments:
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 2 children present (4 points) with one caregiver. 2 child and 1 caregiver records were reviewed. The emergency preparedness plan was reviewed and updated during the inspection. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency drills, fridge/freezer temperatures, toys, games and equipment were all in compliance today. Based on a review of the Emergency Preparedness Plan, the provider has not documented in writing, the annual review of the plan. Evidence: The plan was last date of a review was 2019.
