Discussion with the Licensing Inspector (LI) that has the license for Wonderful Virginia Academy CDC #1106211 within their caseload in the OCCHS (Northern) licensing office. The LI stated that Ms. Eslaquit is the owner and a board officer of this facility. Ms. Elsaquit is not currently nor has she ever been listed as the center director. The LI also stated that she have never witnessed Ms. Eslaquit on site during any unannounced inspector that was conducted.

The following unannounced complaint inspection took place on 06/29/2023, between the hours of 9:45 am through 10:45 pm, on site at the family day home located in Lorton, Virginia.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with the following applicable code sections. Therefore, a violation notice was not issued.
