An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 7:15 AM and departed at 8:20 AM. Twenty-six children were in care of which 3 children were preschool aged. Morning activities and arrivals were reviewed. Medication and injury reporting procedures were reviewed, Four staff records and a sample size of five children's records were reviewed.
An exit meeting to review the Acknowledgement Form was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
