Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. Children were observed playing with toys, singing, reading books, participating in circle time an.d during diapering. Medications, emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies and injury reports are all in compliance. Based on a review of documentation and staff statements, the time an infant spends on thier stomach was not documented. Evidence: 1 infant's record (12 weeks old) did not contain documentation of the time the child spent on their stomach for 10/10/19
Plan of Correction:
I will remind staff to document the time the infants spent their stomach.
