Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection. Children were observed: being held while being fed, sleeping, during diapering, washing hands, and preparing for rest time. 2 child and 1 staff records were reviewed. All were complete. Injury reports, medications, cot spacing, top and bottoms covers, cots labeled and the posted documents were all in compliance today. See Violation Notice for non-compliance cited today. Based on observation, a crib was not used for a child under 12 months of age. Evidence: A child under 12 months was sleeping on a cot. The child had been sleeping on a cot for two weeks. (Child 2 DOB: 3/24/23)
