A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/08/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 19 children present and 2 staff. Five children's records and all provider records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed on 09/16/19 at a separate facility. The vendor had 3 medications onsite during the inspection and those medications were also reviewed. The inspector arrived at the facility at 2:50 PM and departed at 5:00 PM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
