Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:40pm-3:00pm. There were 9 children (21 points) supervised by 2 direct care staff. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping. There was an abundance of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, the provider did not maintain documentation of emergency evacuation procedures practiced monthly.
Evidence: There was no documentation of a fire drill conducted for July 2019.
