Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on October 1, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. There were thirty-four children in the care of four staff in two classrooms. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. Seven children records were reviewed. Staff records will be reviewed at the Head Start Offices at a later date. Areas of non-compliance my be found on the violation notice.
Areas observed were: educational center activities, art, circle time, movement, and hand washing/bathroom procedures. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with the daily routine and schedule.

Based on observation the center failed to one bottle of All Detergent in a locked place.
Evidence: 1. The bathroom in classroom #1 was toured. 2. There was one bottle of All Detergent on top of the dryer beside the toilet. 3. Staff confirmed the detergent was not locked.
Plan of Correction:
The detergent will be placed in the locked cabinet.
